The first official pictures of Top Gear presenter, Richard Hammond’s, crash have been released. Hammond was driving a jet-powered dragster at Elvington airfield in the UK last September when a tyre dramtically burst at over 280mph, leading to a spectacular crash which left Hammond fighting for his life.

Hammond has since made a full recovery and the new series of Top Gear is due to start on January 28th in the UK.
