Organisers have announced that tickets for the European Grand Prix in Valencia have sold out. 122,711 tickets were put on sale at the beginning of the month, the last of which were sold last week.

According to their figures, 40% of the tickets have gone abroad, with 60% being bought in Spain. Jorge Martinez, the Chief Executive Valmor Sports who organise the tickets, said that he was incredibly happy at how the tickets had sold and although he thought the tickets would sell well, he was not expecting them to sell out in 10 days.
