Live Chat Attracts High-Tech F1 Fans

Regulars to Forumula1.net will be all too aware of the Live Chat which takes place during each and every Practice, Qualifying and Race session, to offer diehard fans an opportunity to discuss and debate track action as it happens. But many of us, even the writers here at Forumula1.net, would struggle to imagine just how far some of our high-tech fans will go to indulge their passion in F1.

The following picture was sent to us by an anonymous member of Forumula1.net. The setup appears to include two televisions and a laptop, displaying the live television feed, live timings (see Formula1.com), Forumula1.net News and Live Chat, and a number of other tabs (suggesting further related websites).

F1 Setup

If the above looks like an antiques collection to you, please send in images of your own ‘race setup’ and we’ll be sure to include them on the site.

The next Live Chat will include the Third Practice and Qualifying sessions ahead of the Malaysian Grand Prix.

For Malaysia, I’ll be moving the TV to a 42″ LG unit and the chat and timing to my brand new Eee PC- bought partially for that very job.
