The High Court has refused an injunction meaning that British newspaper the News of the World can continue to show the video of FIA President Max Mosley, allegedly with five prostitutes, on their website.

Mosley had attempted to prevent the website from showing the 90 second video however the High Court refused the injunction.

Mosley is still planning to take legal action over the claims and is seeking ‘unlimited damages.’
