Mark Webber had a dramatic day on Tuesday after helping a friend who was hit by car. The F1 driver was cycling with his friends Lance Armstrong and AMD marketing boss Denton, when Denton was hit by a car head-on.
Webber explained that they called for both an ambulance, and for help from their F1 team in Monaco, whilst trying to stem the flow of blood from Denton’s arm.
Denton was taken to a Monaco hospital where his arm and leg required 90 stitches and he remained in hospital overnight.
