N.Technology loses FIA legal action

A French court has rejected claims from N. Technology over the way that the FIA chose the entry list for the 2010 Formula One World Championship.

Italian company N. Technology, who launched legal action through their parent company MSC, claimed that there were irregularities in the way that the 2010 grid slots had been awarded. N. Technology were hoping to gain a spot on the 2010 grid however they were unsuccessful as Campos Meta, US F1 and Manor Grand Prix were given the places.

N. Technology’s case against the FIA was heard in Paris on October 13th however the result of the case has only just been released. The French courts have rejected all of N. Technology’s claims. N. Technology have yet to make an official comment on the verdict.
