Enrico Zanarini, a driver manager whose clients have included Giancarlo Fisichella, Max Biaggi and Eddie Irvine, has said that he believes GP2 champion Giorgio Pantano is ready for Formula 1 although he may face a battle to find a race-seat, and he also believes that Bruno Senna is not quite ready for the top flight just year.

Hotel giant Hilton has announced a sharp increase in revenue as a result of its partnership with McLaren Mercedes. The announcement will be welcome news for those in Formula One who fear that sponsors could be turned away from the sport as a result of the global ‘credit-crunch’.
